个人介绍

主要从事食品与环境微生物技术的研究。在天然食品添加剂生物技术及环境污染物代谢领域取得了国际认可的一系列重要科研成果。从利用我国特殊抗逆环境微生物资源和追求天然化合物的生物技术选题切入,深入开展了食品生物技术和环境微生物学的生物合成与生物降解的研究,取得了一系列重要的研究成果。实现了多种天然生物香料和药用谷氨酰胺的产业化。
